Safety Rules and Regulations. Any and all County or Departmental rules, policies, and procedures, and California Occupational Safety and Health Act (CAL-OSHA) regulations, which relate to prevention of injury in the County work environment.
Safety Rules and Regulations. 1. It is agreed that if the Employer establishes Safety Rules and Regulations, a copy of same must be provided to the employee and the Union. A copy also must be posted.
2. The Employer and the Union agree that these Safety Rules and Regulations shall be adhered to by all employees covered by this Agreement.
Safety Rules and Regulations. The Employer shall be responsible for enforcement of such rules and regulations and of its own safety rules and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the implementation and maintenance of Emergency Preparedness plans for each facility.

Safety Rules and Regulations. During any visitation as is provided for in this Article 4, the non-employee staff member of the Union shall abide by such safety rules and regulations as may then be in effect governing any job site or area visited by such individual(s).

In performing the services required hereunder, the contractor shall conform to all safety rules and regulations applicable to the subsistence building and facilities which are in effect during the time of performance of this contract and shall take such other precautions as may be reasonably required hereunder to assure accident-free performance. All accidents which occur in association with performance of services required in this contract shall be reported in writing to the cognizant COR on the day of the accident or not later than the next working day if the accident occurred during other than normal working hours. Any accident involving personal injury resulting in possible hospitalization or lost time from work or death shall be reported within one work day to the COR who may relay the report to the safety officer. Full details of the accident, including statements from witnesses, shall be provided if requested by the safety officer. If any claim is made by a third party against this contract, the COR shall be informed immediately.
Safety Rules and Regulations. The Company will make adequate provision for the safety and health of ail employees during the hours of employment.
Safety Rules and Regulations. (1) Employees shall be required to comply with all safety rules and regulations established by the Company and government agencies and to wear such protective clothing or use such safety equipment as may be required and furnished by the Company.
(2) The Union may assign up to two (2) employees in addition to the Chief Xxxxxxx as members of the Site Program Safety Committee to participate in the meeting of the Safety Committee and to investigate employee health and safety concerns after notification to their Supervisor and the Site Manager in the area being investigated.
(3) The Company shall provide emergency first aid kits in each tool room, or work center to care for the employees in case of injury.
(4) The Company shall notify the applicable management official; and the Union Xxxxxxx and/or Chief Xxxxxxx of employee on the job injuries which occur in a work center within twenty- four (24) hours after the injured employee notifies the Company. The employee is required to notify management of an on-the-job incident/injury immediately (no later than within the first hour of the incident/injury).
(5) No employee will be disciplined or threatened with discipline or will suffer any change in his/her working conditions as result of said employee bringing health or safety concerns to the attention of the Company, Union or Government Agencies.
(6) No employee will be disciplined or threatened with discipline or will suffer any change to his/her working conditions as result of using the “Safety Red Card”.
(7) Required personnel will be trained in accordance with XXXXX 91-203 in CPR and the use of the automated external defibrillator (AED).
Safety Rules and Regulations. 9.2.1 The Employee will strictly adhere to all safety measures announced from time to time by the Employer.
9.2.2 Non-compliance will be serious misconduct.
9.2.3 The Employer is hereby indemnified by the Employee towards any liability resulting from an injury, illness or death as a result of non-compliance with traffic rules and regulations and/or safety measures or for any injury, illness or death resulting from any action by the Employee, outside the Employee’s scope of work and/or responsibilities.

Buyer shall, and shall cause the Other Contractors and their respective agents and employees to, observe all site safety rules and regulations issued by Supplier in compliance with the safety program attached as Exhibit I.1 to the Wind Turbine Supply Agreement and the site rules attached as Exhibit I.2 to the Wind Turbine Supply Agreement.
