Safety Rules and Regulations. 1. It is agreed that if the Employer establishes Safety Rules and Regulations, a copy of same must be provided to the employee and the Union. A copy also must be posted. 2. The Employer and the Union agree that these Safety Rules and Regulations shall be adhered to by all employees covered by this Agreement.

Safety Rules and Regulations. (1) Employees shall be required to comply with all safety rules and regulations established by the Company and government agencies and to wear such protective clothing or use such safety equipment as may be required and furnished by the Company. (2) The Union may assign up to two (2) employees in addition to the Chief Xxxxxxx as members of the Site Program Safety Committee to participate in the meeting of the Safety Committee and to investigate employee health and safety concerns after notification to their Supervisor and the Site Manager in the area being investigated. (3) The Company shall provide emergency first aid kits in each tool room, or work center to care for the employees in case of injury. (4) The Company shall notify the applicable management official; and the Union Xxxxxxx and/or Chief Xxxxxxx of employee on the job injuries which occur in a work center within twenty- four (24) hours after the injured employee notifies the Company. The employee is required to notify management of an on-the-job incident/injury immediately (no later than within the first hour of the incident/injury). (5) No employee will be disciplined or threatened with discipline or will suffer any change in his/her working conditions as result of said employee bringing health or safety concerns to the attention of the Company, Union or Government Agencies. (6) No employee will be disciplined or threatened with discipline or will suffer any change to his/her working conditions as result of using the “Safety Red Card”. (7) Required personnel will be trained in accordance with XXXXX 91-203 in CPR and the use of the automated external defibrillator (AED).
