Meals Allowance. 1 The employer shall provide a meal for employees who are instructed to perform more than two hours of overtime immediately after their working day or employees who perform work for more than two hours during an on-call or standby shift and are consequently unable to partake of their meal at the usual time and place.

If no meal can be provided from the hospitals’ own restaurant, the employer shall reimburse the actual costs of a meal eaten elsewhere in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 5.1.4.
