Meals - O/T Worked Following a Normal Shift. If employees are required to work more than four (4) hours of overtime immediately following their normal working shift they will be provided with a hot meal, if available or, alternatively, they will be paid one-half (1/2) hour in lieu of a meal at the prevailing overtime rate.
