Meals - O/T Worked. Following a Normal Shift If employees are required to work more than four (4) hours of overtime immediately following their normal working shift, they will be paid one-half (1/2) hour in lieu of a meal at the prevailing overtime rate. For each additional four (4) hours worked, such employee will receive an additional payment of one-half (1/2) hour in lieu of a meal at the prevailing overtime rate.
