Means, Methods and Techniques. Owner shall not be responsible for, neither will it have control nor charge of means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the provision of the Work by Contractor. Except as otherwise provided herein, Owner shall not be responsible for Contractor's failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Owner will not be responsible for or have control or charge over any of the acts or omissions of Contractor, Subcontractors of any tier, or any of their agents or employees, or any other persons performing any of the Work. Owner will communicate with Subcontractors only through Contractor.
