Scope of the Works. The Authority wishes to employ the services of a suitably qualified analytical laboratory to undertake the laboratory analysis with the production of results sheets and interpretation when requested. Officers of the Authority shall undertake all physical sampling and will make the necessary arrangements for sample collection by the Analyst. The Authority shall retain the right to vary all analytical sampling programmes as a result of external recommendations including statutory advice and associated legislative changes and inform the Analyst as appropriate. The Analyst shall be required to submit a results sheet providing details of sampling results which will include the following:- Name and address of laboratory Sample submission date Date and time of sample analysis Sample reference name (as supplied by the Authority) Analysis results Units of measurement Limit of detection Accreditation status of each determined analysed Correspondence address/certification Analytical technician undertaking analysis Laboratory reference number The analysis methodology used for each determinand and detail of any deviations from the standard Any factors affecting the results including recovery factors On request, the Analyst will provide the Authority with the results of determinations and expanded uncertainties. The Authority reserves the right to request additional sample analysis information on results sheets All sample results will be forwarded via email and marked for the attention of:- Mr. Xxxxxx Xxxx Environmental and Planning Officer Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority 7th Floor, Xx. 0 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Island Liverpool L3 1BP A distribution list for submission of analysis results will be forwarded to the Analyst on appointment.

Scope of the Works. LESSOR shall deliver the premises subject to this lease agreement to LESSEE with all their appurtenances, rights of use and easements, shell and core, with the following specifications: skim-plastered, coated or filled walls, as the case may be, with a coat of vinyl paint, as a sole, undivided room (each), with an aluminum structure to support ceilings, with utilities and smoothed-down though not leveled floors. Additional electric, water and telephone internal installations other than the items that LESSOR shall deliver under this agreement, as well as any other additional finishing works, including floor finishing, shall be borne and performed directly by LESSEE. To such end, LESSEE hereby undertakes to fully abide by the architectural, structural, hydraulic and electric design of the Building. LESSEE hereby acknowledges that the Building has been designed to support light internal walls and, thus, undertakes not to build masonry of any kind inside the office. Consequently, only drywall and/or light divisions may be built. PARAGRAPH ONE: LESSEE acknowledges that the premises subject to this lease agreement pertain to the First Stage of the Project and that a Second Stage will be developed as well, which will be integrated to the First Stage. Accordingly, LESSEE hereby consents to any inconveniences which this situation may entail, such as noise, dust and the presence of construction workers, but which may not affect the regular use of the office and parking spaces leased.

Scope of the Works. The scope of the Works includes: (a) all necessary work required to alter and add to existing PTC infrastructure (in accordance with the Standards) to enable construction of the Reading Development; (b) all items of work obviously to be inferred from this Agreement for the proper execution and completion of the Works, whether or not such items have been shown or described in this Agreement.
Scope of the Works. The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary materials, tools and equipment, labor, supervision, and other services, for the satisfactory and timely completion of the works in accordance with this Agreement. Only WARDI may approve any changes, modifications, deviations, and substitutions. WARDI reserves the right to supply any materials, equipment, or resources, and to delete or reduce any work item, whether in whole or in part and update Annexes as necessary and a reduced Contract Price shall be agreed.

  • SCOPE OF THE WORK The Contractor shall furnish all the materials, perform all of the Work, and do all things required by the Contract Documents.

  • Scope of the Services UNOPS intends to retain the Contractor for the implementation of the Services, and the Contractor intends to provide the Services.   • SCOPE OF SERVICES/CASE HANDLING A. Upon execution by GPM, attorneys are retained to provide legal services for the purpose of seeking damages and other relief in the Litigation. Client provides authorization to seek appointment as Lead Plaintiff in the class action, while the Attorneys will seek to be appointed Class Counsel. If this occurs, the Litigation will be prosecuted as a class action. B. If you obtain access to non-public information during the pendency of the Litigation, you must not engage in transactions in securities. C. Attorneys are authorized to prosecute the Litigation. The appointed Lead Plaintiffs will monitor, review and participate with counsel in the prosecution of the Litigation. The Attorneys shall consult with the appointed Lead Plaintiffs concerning all major substantive matters related to the Litigation, including, but not limited to, the complaint, dispositive motions and settlement. Because of potential differences of opinion between Clients concerning, among other things, strategy, goals and objectives of the Litigation, the Attorneys shall consult with the appointed Lead Plaintiffs as to the courses of action to pursue. The Client agrees to abide by the decisions of the appointed Lead Plaintiffs, which shall be final and binding on all Clients. D. GPM is given the authority to opt the Client out of any class action proceeding relating to the claims authorized herein and/or pursue the Client claim individually in a group action, if the Client is not appointed Lead Plaintiff and GPM is not appointed Class Counsel. E. The Attorneys shall provide sufficient resources, including attorney time and capital for payment of costs and expenses, to vigorously prosecute the Litigation. F. Any recovery from defendants that the Attorneys are responsible for will be divided among class members based on the recognized loss by each class member as calculated by a damage allocation plan which will be prepared by a financial expert or consultant, provided to the appointed Lead Plaintiffs, be subject to the Court's approval and will account for such factors as size of securities ownership, date of purchase, date of sale and continued holdings, if any. Under the rules governing class action litigation, while the Lead Plaintiffs recover according to the same formula as other class members, the Court may approve, upon application therefore, reimbursement of the Lead Plaintiffs’ reasonable costs and expenses directly related to the representation of the class. Examples are lost wages and travel expenses associated with testifying in the action.

  • Scope of Collaboration As part of the collaboration, the Controllers will act as Joint Controller. The roles of the Controller and the associated tasks are specified in more detail in Appendix 1. If one party is solely responsible for a data processing operation, this party will implement all relevant data protection provisions on its own responsibility. However, such data processing procedures are not subject to this Agreement. Joint data processing and the type of Personal Data collected and processed within the framework of collaboration are specified in Appendix 1.

  • Completion of the Work The Contractor must obtain Material Completion as defined in Section 6.1.2 below prior to any occupancy of the Project.
