Mechanical Supervisor. The Electrical/mechanical supervisor shall be a holder of a College Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have minimum of five (5) years of experience in electro‐mechanical installation for institutional buildings and systems. Xxxxxxx Civil works: At least advanced certificate or equivalent in building/civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in works of similar nature. The Contractor shall ensure that the supervisory staff is available for the whole period scheduled for his/her input to implement the tasks set out in the tender document and/or in the methodology. The supervisory staff will not be replaced during the implementation of the contract without prior written approval by the contracting authority. In case of replacement, the expert's qualifications and experience must be at least as high as those of the expert proposed in the tender.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract.   • Supervisors Working (a) The work of Supervisors will not include assignment to work normally performed by employees of the bargaining unit except for training or demonstration. “Training or demonstration” shall not be used as a subterfuge for the performing of any bargaining unit work. Any claimed abuses will be referred to the Grievance Procedure. Where possible, the shop xxxxxxx will be notified. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work until after all rea- sonable efforts have been exhausted to have the work covered.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.
