Media and Peripherals. Viewlogic warrants that the media containing the Software and the Peripherals will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for (30) days from delivery. Viewlogic's entire liability and Licensee's sole remedy for defective media or Peripherals shall be for Viewlogic to replace any returns within the warranty period. Viewlogic will not replace failures that are not returned or that we caused by accident, abuse, or misapplication. Any replacements will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. 6.3

Media and Peripherals. DST warrants to the original licensees of each of its software Products that the media on which the program is recorded shall be free from defects in materials or manufacture under normal use for the standard period of (30) days from delivery. Products found to have a defect in their media will be replaced by DST at no charge to the customer if returned to either the dealer from which such program was obtained or to DST at its principal office (DownStream Technologies, 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000 U.S.A.). Returns must be postage prepaid and be accompanied by proof of the date of delivery. If the defect results from accident, abuse or mishandling, however, DST will have no responsibility to replace the media.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Removable media devices All electronic files that contain DHCS PHI or PI data must be encrypted when stored on any removable media or portable device (i.e. USB thumb drives, floppies, CD/DVD, smartphones, backup tapes etc.). Encryption must be a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as AES.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data. Encryption keys to State data will only be accessed by Contractor as necessary for performance of this Contract.

  • Cameras NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor(s) or their Authorized Dealer(s) and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the resulting Master Agreement(s). NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 15% from MSRP or List Price. NSP items shall not be offered to a Purchasing Entity as a stand-alone option, and the maximum allowable amount of all NSP items in a single Order shall be determined by the Participating State or Entity.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.
