Media Use a. Employer may use rehearsal or performance footage to promote the musicals. Artists shall be given advance notice in accordance with the Basic Agreement and no more than four rehearsal sessions shall be captured. All such promotions shall recognize AGMA, shall be limited to no more than five (5) minutes and shall not include a complete number or scene. Such promotions may be used on Employer’s web site or social media web sites. Employer will consult with AGMA and agree upon any additional uses. b. Employer may make archival audio recordings of all dress rehearsals, preview performances, and performances and archival video recordings of all dress rehearsals and preview performances. Artists shall be given advance notice in accordance with the Basic Agreement. c. Employer may produce a radio broadcast at the single performance radio rate (including pension) specified in accordance with the Basic Agreement.

Media Use. Castellan employs both technical and non-technical safeguards to restrict the use of removable media and portable storage devices. Castellan limits the use of portable storage devices to only Castellan-issued devices and prohibits the use of (i) portable storage devices when such devices have no identifiable owner; and (ii) sanitization-resistant media. Castellan will not store unencrypted confidential information on any portable device.

  • Media Relations 7.1 Elected officers or appointed committee chairpersons of the Union shall be allowed to speak or comment to the media while on duty provided they change into civilian clothes and provided further, that they do not purport to represent the views of the Department. The Chief's office shall be informed in advance, whenever possible, of such contact with the media. No member shall leave their duty or work station without specific prior approval of the Chief of the Department or authorized management official. Approval shall include consideration of the operating needs and work schedules of the Department or division to which the member is assigned.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.
