Mediacom’s Discretion. If any provision of the Agreement states that Mediacom “may” take or refrain from taking any action or that any action requires the consent, approval or agreement of Mediacom or otherwise gives Mediacom any right, option, election or discretion that is not expressly limited, then the decision as to whether, when and how to take or refrain from taking such action, give or withhold such consent or approval or exercise or refrain from exercising such right, option, election or discretion shall be within the sole and absolute discretion of Mediacom.

  • BANK’S DISCRETION Notwithstanding and without prejudice to any other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled at any time, in its reasonable discretion and with reasonable notice, to amend, vary, withdraw, restrict, suspend or terminate all or any of the facilities in respect of or in relation to the TBS Access Code and/or the TBS. The Bank may, from time to time, in its reasonable discretion, make available through the operation of TBS, such other services and/or facilities as the Bank may deem fit.

  • COUNTY Discretion At the sole discretion of County, payments to Subrecipient may be made more frequently than monthly, but such payments shall always be in arrears and not in advance of the provision of services by Subrecipient.

  • Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process. The Government will provide further guidance on the approach to programme support, central and regional support functions and activities and criteria for determining eligibility for funding support. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.

  • Discretion 12.1 May not allow card transactions Without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies, we are entitled to, at any time in our reasonable discretion and without giving any reason or notice, refuse to approve any proposed card transaction notwithstanding that the current balance, if the proposed card transaction was debited to the card account, would not have exceeded the combined credit limit.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.
