Maximum Service Credits. Notwithstanding anything contained above in Section 6.6 (Service Credits) to the contrary, the maximum number of Service Credits available to Customer with respect to an applicable Order Form during the Term will be four (4) for each annual period.
Maximum Service Credits. A. Service Credits issued in any calendar month under this SLA will not exceed Customer’s total MRCs for the affected circuit.

Maximum Service Credits. The maximum amount of Service Credits that Zip will issue to Customer in a single calendar month will not exceed forty percent (40%) of monthly fees, measured on a pro rata basis.
Maximum Service Credits. A. Customer may receive only one Service Credit in any calendar month with respect to the Latency and Jitter SLAs.
Maximum Service Credits. The aggregate maximum number of Service Credits to be issued by the Company to the Customer for any and all Downtime Periods that occur in a single calendar month shall not exceed 100% of the amount due by Customer for the services provided to it during the applicable month. The Service Credits will be made in the form of a monetary credit applied to future use of the services and will be deducted from the Customer's next billing cycle/invoice. THE CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ITS RIGHT TO RECEIVE SERVICE CREDITS AS SPECIFIED ABOVE CONSTITUTES ITS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DOWNTIME INCIDENTS.
Maximum Service Credits. The maximum amount of Service Credits that Quinyx will issue to Customer for Unscheduled Downtime in a single calendar month will not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the monthly billing for suchmonth.
Maximum Service Credits. In no event will any Service Credit issued to Customer for a single calendar month exceed Customer’s Monthly Service Fees for Services for Service at the affected Service Location.
Maximum Service Credits. The aggregate maximum Service Credits that Infoblox will issue for failing to meet Service availability during any 12 month Subscription Term will not exceed 30 calendar days’ worth of the Service.
