Common use of Medical Aid Clause in Contracts

Medical Aid. In substitution of Clause 17 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 2005, with effect from 1st November 2007, the reimbursement of medical expenses under medical aid scheme shall be restricted to an amount of Rs.2,000/- per annum. For the year 2007, the reimbursement of medical expenses under the medical aid scheme shall be enhanced proportionately for two months i.e. November and December 2007.

Medical Aid. In substitution partial modification of Clause 17 of the Bipartite Settlement dated 2nd June 200527th April 2010, with effect from 1st November 20072012, the reimbursement of medical expenses under medical aid scheme shall be restricted to an amount of Rs.2,000/- Rs.2200 /- per annum. For the year 20072012, the reimbursement of medical expenses under the medical aid scheme shall be enhanced proportionately for two months i.e. November and December 20072012.

For the year 20072002, the reimbursement of medical expenses under the medical aid scheme shall be enhanced proportionately for two months i.e. November and December 20072002.
