Common use of Medical and Dental Premiums Clause in Contracts

Medical and Dental Premiums. During FMLA and CFRA Leave, the District shall pay for medical and dental benefits at the same level as coverage would have been provided if the employee was not on leave. The employee shall be required to pay his or her share of medical and dental premiums. Failure to submit a monthly co-payment, in full, within sixty (60) days of the invoice date will result in loss of group coverage. Coverage will be reinstated upon return to active employment.
