Common use of Medical Benefits Clause in Contracts

Medical Benefits. The B.C. Medical Services Plan. In addition, the M.S.A. Extended Health Plan or its equivalent on the basis of a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) maximum of eligible medical expenses to be paid by the employee. It is understood that Extended Health Benefits shall be made available to employees who are covered under their spouse's B.C.
