Parent Coverage. Parents and parents-in-law of eligible employees residing in the same service area will be able to purchase health plan coverage, in accordance with the Letter of Agreement between the parties made effective May 1, 2002, and modified by a subsequent agreement between the parties dated May 22, 2003 (attached as Exhibit 2.B.1.c.).

Parent Coverage. Parent coverage will be made available in accordance with the National Agreement, Section 2.B.1.c. This will occur as soon as all regulatory requirements can be met.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Individual Coverage The school district, effective, January 1, 2014, shall contribute a sum not to exceed $56 per month toward the cost of the premium for such individual coverage for each eligible employee employed by the school district who qualifies for and is enrolled in the school district's dental insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium, shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.
