Parent Coverage. Parents and parents-in-law of eligible employees residing in the same service area will be able to purchase health plan coverage, in accordance with the Letter of Agreement between the parties made effective May 1, 2002, and modified by a subsequent agreement between the parties dated May 22, 2003 (attached as Exhibit 2.B.1.c.).
