Medical Examinations and Tests. 7.10.1 The cost of the initial tuberculosis examination, required as a condition of employment, shall be borne by the unit member. Thereafter, examinations for tuberculosis, as legally required, shall be paid for by the District, provided the unit member uses a District- approved agency. 7.10.2 A physical or mental examination may be required of any unit member, at District expense, anytime the employer has good reason to require such an examination.
