Medical Leave Bank and Transfer of Accrued Sick Leave. A. A leave eligible member in the bargaining unit who becomes covered by the provisions of this Article and who has accrued sick leave shall have fifty percent (50%) of that sick leave transferred to the employee’s personal leave account and fifty percent (50%) of that sick leave transferred to a medical leave bank. Banked medical leave may only be taken in accord with this Article.
