MEDICAL RECORD REQUESTS. 20.4.1 The Contractor shall ensure a copy of the Member’s Medical Record is made available, without charge, upon the written request of the Member or Authorized Representative within fourteen (14) Calendar Days of the receipt of the written request. 20.4.2 The Contractor shall ensure that Medical Records are furnished at no cost to a new PCP, Out-of-Network Provider or other specialist, upon Member’s request, no later than fourteen (14) Calendar Days following the written request.
