Medical Services Manager. Commission has designated a "Medical Services Manager" to provide all medical services and coordination for the events at the Campus. Upon execution of the Agreement, User must contact the Medical Services Manager who will exclusively coordinate all trainer and medical personnel arrangements for the Event(s) to be held under this Agreement. The Campus has standards in place that require one (1) athletic trainer per every four (4) fields/diamonds for each hour of use. The Medical Services Manager can be contacted through the Commission.

Medical Services Manager. Commission has designated Westfield Fire Department to manage all medical services for the Commission and the Campus. The requirement for medical services will be determined on a one (1) EMT per 2,500 attendees. The number of attendees will be determined by an anticipated hourly attendance. The Commission in their sole discretion will determine the anticipated hourly attendance via input provided by the User. The type and degree of medical services required to support the Event will depend on the permitted use and the Licensed Area. All medical service arrangements must be coordinated with and approved by Commission and, when required, by the Westfield Fire Department.

  • Emergency Medical Services The City’s Fire Department and MedStar (or other entity engaged by the City after the Effective Date) will provide emergency medical services.

  • Geotechnical Services When the services of geotechnical engineers are reasonably required for the Project, HISD may elect to have the A/E obtain these services as an Additional Service as provided for in Article 3. Otherwise, HISD shall furnish the services of geotechnical engineers. HISD’s written approval is necessary before the services of geotechnical engineers can be enlisted. Such services may include, but are not limited to, test borings, test pits, determinations of soil bearing values, percolation tests, evaluations of hazardous materials, ground corrosion and resistivity tests, including necessary operations for anticipating subsoil conditions, with reports and appropriate professional recommendations. The A/E shall review the completeness and confirm in writing to HISD the sufficiency of the type of tests and information, whether furnished through the A/E or furnished by HISD.
