Medicare Part A and Part B Benefits. To the extent that you are a beneficiary under either Medicare Part A or Medicare Part B insurance and the nursing services or ancillary services or supplies ordered by a physician are covered by such insurance, ERCC or other provider will bill the charges for the covered services or supplies to the Medicare program. You are responsible for and shall pay any co-insurance or deductible amounts under Medicare Part A or Part B insurance. ERCC shall accept payment from the Medicare intermediary as payment in full only for those services deemed to be covered in full under the Medicare Part A or the Medicare Part B program. Medicare Part A and Part B Benefits. To the extent that Resident is a beneficiary under either Medicare Part A or Medicare Part B insurance and the nursing services or ancillary services or supplies ordered by a physician are covered by such insurance, Facility or other provider will xxxx the charges for the covered services or supplies to the Medicare program. The Resident is responsible for and shall pay any co-insurance or deductible amounts under Medicare Part A or Part B insurance. The Facility shall accept payment from the Medicare intermediary as payment in full only for those services deemed to be covered in full under the Medicare Part A or the Medicare Part B program. Services not covered by Medicare are identified in the Rate Schedule.

  • Dental Care Benefits (a) The Employer shall provide such regular, full-time seniority employee (and her eligible dependents*) the 100/75/50 Co-Pay Dental Plan in effect January 1, 2014, subject to such terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, deductibles, co-payments and other provisions of the plan. The Employer shall pay 95% of the illustrated premium cost of such benefits and the employee shall pay the balance. Coverage shall commence on the day following the employee's ninetieth (90th) day of continuous employment.

  • STAFF BENEFITS 7.1.1 The present staff benefits consisting of the University of Manitoba Pension Plan (1993), Group Term Life Insurance Plan, Group Term Dependent Insurance Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Basic), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (Voluntary), University of Manitoba Long-Term Disability Income Plan, Group Health Insurance Policy 20778 GH (including the Health Care Spending Account), Group Dental Plan Policy 67000, and the University Employee Assistance Program shall continue to cover eligible Members for the duration of this Agreement.
