Medicare Supplement Coverage a. The City shall contribute towards Medicare Supplement Coverage as outlined in the City of Noblesville’s Retiree’s Benefit Ordinance or its amendments.
Medicare Supplement Coverage. Following the date that each of Xx. Xxxxx and his spouse attain the age of 65, or, if later, the date that health and welfare benefits cease to be provided pursuant to Section 1(d) of this Agreement, the Company shall fund the cost of Medicare supplement coverage for Xx. Xxxxx and his spouse for the remainder of their respective lives. The parties agree that the provider and terms of such coverage shall be selected from time to time by Xx. Xxxxx during the applicable coverage period, the cost of which shall not exceed $5,000 per year.
