MEET AND DISCUSS. 12-1 The parties do hereby agree that matters of a “Meet and Discuss” nature, as defined under Section 702 of Act 194 and the findings of the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, may be considered under the “Meet and Discuss” provisions as set forth in Section 301 (17), and in compliance with Section 1201(a)(9) of the Public Employee Act 195.
