Structure and Membership of School Promotion Committee. The number of faculty members serving on the School Promotion Committee, as determined by the Xxxx or designee from the appropriate academic unit, will depend on the number of full-time faculty of the school units (e.g., 3 for smaller ones; 5 for larger ones). The candidate will choose an additional committee member from a list of three discipline-related representatives provided by the Committee. This Candidate Representative will be a voting member, serving on the Committee only during discussions of the represented candidate. The candidate’s department chair will also serve on the committee as a voting member. The other committee members will be elected for staggered two-year terms in order to promote consistency and stability on the committee.

  • Technical Committee 1. The Technical Committee shall comprise:

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement.   • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee.   • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Compensation Committee (A) The Compensation Committee shall be composed of not more than five (5) members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members who are not officers of the Company and who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Board.

  • Joint Labor/Management Committees Purpose and Membership. Joint Labor/Management Committees are established to provide a forum for communications and problem-solving between the two parties and to deal with matters of a general personnel Union/Employer concern, as well as professional practices within the hospital related to patient care and professional issues. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
