Common use of Meeting Space and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Meeting Space and Facilities. At institutions that have a muster, a Business Representative with one (1) day’s written notice to the Superintendent or Designee may present information a maximum of once per month for each shift. The presentation will begin five (5) minutes prior to muster and will not exceed ten (10) minutes in length. The Shift Commander reserves the right to terminate the presentation in order to complete the muster in a timely fashion. The Employer will make its offices and facilities available to the Union to hold meetings at mutually agreeable times with authorization of the Appointing Authority or designee.
