Meeting to Discuss Differences. Within a reasonable time not to exceed ten (10) days after the receipt of such notice, representatives of the Union and the Employer shall meet for the purpose of consulting and discussion with regard to any differences that may arise concerning such proposed work measurement systems or work or time standards.
