Common use of MEETINGS WITH UNIVERSITY Clause in Contracts

MEETINGS WITH UNIVERSITY. A GA shall be entitled to have a union representative present during any required meeting before the University or its agents concerning any matter which could adversely affect the conditions of the GA's Appointment. The University shall give the GA adequate prior written notice of the reason for such a meeting and of the right to union representation. The Union may not participate in any meeting that relates solely to the academic performance of any GA as a graduate student, even if the academic decision may result in a change of eligibility for appointment as a GA.
