Member Rights to File Grievances and Appeals. Provider recognizes that members have the right to appeal any action of Provider and/or Purchaser and/or file a grievance. Provider assures Purchaser that the filing of a grievance or appeal by a member will not adversely affect how the Provider treats the member or provides services to the member under this Contract. Provider will cooperate and not interfere with members’ appeals, grievances and fair hearings procedures and investigations.
