Common use of Members of Immediate Family Clause in Contracts

Members of Immediate Family. 15.2.1 “Members of the immediate family” shall be defined as the spouse, domestic partner, Immediate family of domestic partner, parent, xxxxxx parent, xxxxxx child, step-parent, step-child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, step-grandchild, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, sister, brother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, or any relative living in the unit members immediate household.
