CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. Full-Time Requirement
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. (a) the applicant must be a regular full time employee.
(b) the applicant must have two (2) years of uninterrupted service.
(c) the applicant must submit a written request to their General Supervisor/ORG Manager of their area on the approved application form two (2) months prior to the accumulation period beginning on January 1st or July 1st.
(d) the applicant must not be receiving D.I.P./L.T.D./W.S.B.C., on unpaid leave, on suspension or laid off at the time the accumulation period commences.
(e) the applicant must sign all relevant documents required by the Company and Sun Life Trust.
(f) the optional accumulation periods available under the plan are set out in Appendix I.
(g) the leave must commence within six (6) years from the start of the accumulation period.
(h) the applicant shall receive an answer within thirty (30) days of having submitted an application.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. NAPEO reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of any company wishing to exhibit. All products and services to be exhibited must be related to the practice and profession of the professional employer or staffing industry. NAPEO may deny or revoke eligibility based on a violation of any policy set forth in these terms and conditions or in the exhibitor prospectus, or for any action determined by NAPEO to detract from the character of the show.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for benefits as described in Article V, the Eligible Employee must (i) remain an Employee through the Severance Date, (ii) through the Severance Date, fulfill the normal responsibilities of his/her position, including meeting regular attendance, workload and other standards of the Employer, as applicable, and (iii) submit the signed Waiver and Release Agreement required by the Plan Administrator on, or within forty-five (45) days after, his/her Severance Date or receipt of the Waiver and Release Agreement (whichever occurs later) and not revoke the signed Waiver and Release Agreement. In addition, in the event of a Relocation or a Significant Reduction in Scope or Base Compensation, the Eligible Employee must provide his/her Employer with written notice within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of such event. The Employer shall then have thirty (30) days to cure such event.
CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. Any Eligible Employee shall be eligible to participate hereunder on the date such Employee has satisfied the conditions of eligibility elected in the Adoption Agreement.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. 2.1. Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to Vonway Forex clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.4. Vonway Forex, at its reasonable discretion, offers the “50% Deposit Bonus” to any Client(s) and/or any countries/regions as it deems appropriate and for as long as Vonway Forex deems to provide it.
2.5. Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “50% Deposit Bonus”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “50% Deposit Bonus” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“minors”). If you are a minor, you may not participate in the “50% Deposit Bonus”.
2.6. Participation of “Intermediaries/Related parties” in the “50% Deposit Bonus” is prohibited. If the registration and/or trading data of a participant in the “50% Deposit Bonus” corresponds with the registration and/or trading information, including but not limited to:
2.6.1. Limited to IP address, of another participant in the “50% Deposit Bonus”, Vonway Forex reserves the right to regard this matching as a reason for immediate disqualification. For the purposes hereof, the term “Intermediary(ies)/Related Party(ies)”, when used in these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean to include any person or entity bearing a relationship with any participant in the “50% Deposit Bonus”, including, without limitation:

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY. 17.1.1 A pregnant bargaining unit member in paid status with the District shall be eligible to take paid sick leave in accordance with Article 11 of this agreement. Members who have questions about the details of parental or pregnancy leave may contact human resources.
17.1.2 Unit members who are working are entitled to use personal illness and injury leave for disabilities caused or contributed to by pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth, and recovery where from on the same terms and conditions governing leaves of absence for other illness or medical disability. Once paid sick leave is exhausted, unit members may take pregnancy disability leave under the terms of Education Code Section 44977, which provides for payment of the employee’s salary at 50% differential. Pregnancy disability leave under Education Code Section 44977 will run concurrently with the paid sick leave. Such leave shall not be used for child care, child rearing, or preparation for childbearing, but shall be limited to those disabilities as set forth above. The length of such pregnancy disability leave, including the date on which the unit member returns to duty, shall be determined by the unit member and the unit member’s physician; however, should the time away exceed 6 weeks (8 weeks for a C-section delivery) the District Superintendent or designee may require a verification of the extent of disability through a physical examination of the unit member by a physician appointed by the District at District Expense.

Housing & Residence Life reserves the right to refuse housing based on behavior, including but not limited to criminal activity. The University maintains sole discretion and judgment in determining whether refusal of housing (or termination of the Housing & Dining Contract for behavior that is revealed or occurs after application submission) is in the best interest of the University, its residents and employees, and the overall Housing & Residence Life community. If Housing & Residence Life staff becomes aware that an applicant has a record of criminal conviction(s) or other actions that could pose a risk to person or property and/or could be injurious or disruptive to the university-owned or managed community environment, the University may not accept or may cancel the Housing & Dining Contract. Failure to completely and truthfully answer criminal history activity questions on a housing application may result in immediate termination of the Housing & Dining Contract and/or Old Dominion University student conduct proceedings. All decisions/outcomes through this process are final and are not subject to review/appeal.
