Common use of Members of the Faculty Association Clause in Contracts

Members of the Faculty Association. Negotiating Committee shall be granted the time off as approved by the Executive of the Association for committee meetings, but in consultation with the appropriate supervisor to ensure continuity of instructional and other duties. The Faculty Association shall reimburse the University for the actual costs of the substitutes or replacements employed to replace Faculty Members engaged in Association business. 7.01 Administrators have the right to teach at any time if the need exists.
