Members who cease to be Committee Members Sample Clauses

Members who cease to be Committee Members. Committee Members who resign from the Committee, or who have been de- appointed, or are no longer employees of York University, cease to be members of the Committee. Additionally, individuals who cease to be Members of the Committee also cease to participate and represent YUSAPUY on the York Health and Safety Executive Council (HSEC) and York JHSCs.
