Terms of Membership. During the term of your membership, you are entitled to use all preserves that are designated by Trails and/or NACO as available for use by members, subject to the following: You must use the preserves in accordance with this Agreement and the Member Rules. We have Member Rules regarding, among other things: (a) advance reservation or first-come, first-choice space arrangements; (b) length of stay; (c) frequency of use; (d) charges for benefits or services, including rental units, pet fees, food services, goods purchased, gasoline, and other services made available by us from time to time; (e) restrictions on guest visits, including number of guests allowed and guest fees; (f) length of season for use of the preserves; (g) hours of operation of facilities; (h) use of preserves by non-members in connection with programs sponsored by us, including without limitation, our marketing and sales programs, SuperHost group rentals, charitable functions, community groups and other public use scheduled so as not to conflict with member use; and (i) such other matters and restrictions on use as may be reasonably necessary to ensure maximum availability of any preserve for use by our membership as a whole. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add, modify, or delete Member Rules from time to time as we may deem appropriate. Please consult the current Member Rules if you have questions regarding use of the preserves. Your membership entitles you to unlimited day use and unlimited overnight camping in your own recreational vehicle or tent (subject to length of stay restrictions) at the preserves. You may stay at one preserve up to 14 consecutive nights at a time. If you stay at any preserve for more than four consecutive nights, you must wait for seven nights before you stay again at ANY preserve. You may make reservations to use the preserves 90 days in advance of your intended date of arrival. It is your responsibility to use the preserves in a safe and reasonable manner and to observe the Member Rules. You are also responsible for the conduct of your children and guests and you are liable for all damages caused by the negligent or reckless use, or intentional misuse, of the preserves by you or your children. The location of, and facilities and amenities at, all of Trails' and NACO's preserves are described in the Disclosure Statement and are subject to change by Trails and NACO. Terms of Membership. (a) Each original VESTED MEMBER of the POOL committed to remain a MEMBER for three years, until December 31, 1994. Thereafter, the MEMBERS agreed to continue the POOL for three successive three-year terms (each such three-year period hereunder, a “TERM”). In 2003, the MEMBERS agreed to continue the POOL for successive three-year TERMS indefinitely. (b) The MEMBERS intend that the POOL shall continue in effect indefinitely, for succeeding three-year TERMS, subject to the continual election of MEMBERS to remain participants in the POOL as provided below. (c) On or before October 1, of the last year of the current TERM (the “ELECTION”), each MEMBER of the POOL shall indicate in writing to the BOARD whether or not it intends to continue its participation beyond the current TERM. At least two MEMBERS must elect to continue their participation for the POOL to continue. If less than two MEMBERS elect to continue, the POOL shall terminate effective as of 11:59 p.m., local Columbus, Ohio time, on December 31 of the last year of the current TERM, and the BOARD shall be responsible for winding up and dissolving the affairs of the POOL. (d) If MEMBERS representing more than one-third (1/3) of the employees and officers of MEMBERS insured by the POOL elect to leave the POOL at the ELECTION, the remaining MEMBERS shall be given another opportunity to indicate in writing whether they desire to continue in the POOL (the “SECOND ELECTION”). The SECOND ELECTION shall be made by each remaining MEMBER on or before November 1, and at least two MEMBERS must elect to continue their participation for the POOL to continue. If less than two MEMBERS elect to continue, the POOL shall terminate effective as of 11:59 p.m., local Columbus, Ohio time, on December 31 of the last year of the current TERM, and the BOARD shall be responsible for winding up and dissolving the affairs of the POOL. (e) If two or more MEMBERS elect to continue, either at the ELECTION or SECOND ELECTION, all such MEMBERS shall be required to participate for another three-year TERM; provided, however, that any such continuing MEMBER may voluntarily withdraw at the end of any year within that subsequent TERM upon compliance with the withdrawal provisions of Section 8.01 herein. The rights of MEMBERS to share in the SURPLUS FUNDS of the POOL upon withdrawal are governed by Section 8.01 hereof.

Terms of Membership. The Municipality understands and agrees that membership in EIC is at the discretion of the Board of Directors of EIC and is conditional upon satisfying the membership criteria established by the EIC Board, as may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the Board, as well as compliance with the terms of the By-Laws of EIC. If the Municipality participates in PACE 1.0 and its bond credit rating drops below “A” as rated by Standard and Poors and/or “A2” as rated by Moodys and/or “A” by Fitch Ratings Service, EIC will no longer provide financings to Properties within such Municipality. If the Municipality participates in PACE 2.0 and its bond credit rating drops below “BBB-“ as rated by Standard and Poors and/or “Baa3” as rated by Moodys and/or “BBB-” by Fitch Ratings Service, EIC will no longer provide financings to Properties within such Municipality, unless a capital provider to EIC agrees to provide credit to financings in that Municipality.

Terms of Membership. This is a month-to-month contract. I understand that I am purchasing an ongoing membership that will continue until I terminate my membership by giving at least 30 days’ written notice in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Membership.
Terms of Membership. 1. After the first year, new DSPC members will be selected and announced every year prior to the last meeting of the academic year. 2. Members will serve a two-year term. Students will serve a one-year term. 3. Designees/alternates are allowed voting privileges if the regular member is not present. 4. Members are expected to attend meetings regularly. Constituencies will be notified when a member misses two consecutive meetings, and can, at the discretion of the constituency, be grounds for removal from the committee. Missing more than four meetings per academic year can also be grounds for dismissal, at the discretion of the relevant constituency. 5. Constituent group representatives are responsible for reporting Committee actions back to their groups. 6. Each member of the DSPC needs to come to meetings prepared to discuss topics identified on the agenda.
