The parties agree that the cost, availability and options concerning health insurance are important compensation issues for the faculty and the college. The parties agree that it would be advantageous for representative(s) of the faculty to participate in exploring health coverage initiatives with the system administration and to share thoughts and information regarding this area. Therefore, during the life of this agreement, representatives of the Association will meet with System representatives to review benefit issues, particularly health coverage options.‌
