College-Association Communication. 1.1. It is agreed that the College Administration and the Executive Committee of the Association will meet periodically to discuss matters of mutual interest other than those normally addressed through contract negotiations, contract administration, or the grievance process. At a minimum it is expected that three (3) such meetings will be scheduled upon the request of the Administration or the President of the Association each calendar year, with additional meetings as mutually agreed. Agendas and length of meetings shall be mutually agreed upon at least two (2) business days prior to such meetings. Upon mutual agreement among the President of the College and the Association Presidents these meeting maybe joint meetings with multiple bargaining units. These joint meetings will count toward the minimum expected number of meetings per year for all participating bargaining units.

It is agreed that the Xxxxxxx and Vice President for Academic Affairs and the President of the Association, at the request of either, will meet periodically to discuss issues of mutual concern. Either party upon notice to the other may bring other representatives. Such meetings shall not occur more frequently than once a semester, except for urgent matters and/or by mutual agreement. Agendas shall be agreed upon within seven (7) days of such meetings. Such meetings shall not be for the purpose of negotiations nor for the resolution of grievances.
