Common use of Mentoring and In-service Clause in Contracts

Mentoring and In-service. 1. Special education staff who are new to a special education position will be provided on-going mentoring and support regarding specifics of the particular population and expectations related to serving those individuals and fulfilling expectations of the position. This support will begin in September or immediately for those hired mid-year. This support will be a minimum of ten (10) hours during the first year.
