Meter Tests. You can ask for a meter reading to be checked, or a meter at a Supply Address to be tested. If we ask you to pay the costs of the check or test in advance (where permitted by the Regulations), and the check or test proves that the meter or metering data is faulty or incorrect, we’ll refund the cost, or offset it against any amount owing on your next bill.
