Method of Evaluation. 1. With the consent of the teacher and the evaluator, informal observation(s) alone will suffice for employees with permanent status who have consistently demonstrated satisfactory performance for an extended period of time. 2. All employees in permanent status whose most recent observation and/or evaluation were not satisfactory shall have a formal observation documented. Additional observations may be conducted as determined by the evaluator. 3. All employees with probationary or temporary status shall have a formal observation documented. Additional observations may be conducted as determined by the evaluator. The first observation shall be completed before the end of December.
