MetroBus UNIFORM ITEMS. Operators will be permitted to wear a collar-less coat-type sweater and/or vest, provided such sweater and/or vest meet approved specifications with regard to style and color. Walking shorts with knee high socks will be an optional part of the uniform in the summer. Tie (clip-on or regular) or scarf will be part of the work uniform in the winter. MetroBus operators will be required to wear only one uniform year round which shall consist of a shirt, short sleeve or long sleeve, trousers, light weight or heavy weight, jacket with liner or sweater and/or vest. Heavy uniform overcoat or jacket, rain gear, seat cushions, watch holder and punch holder will also be a permissible uniform expense. All uniforms must meet approved specifications of Metro. It is understood that all uniforms shall bear a union label, if available, if not available “Made in USA” label is required. Uniforms shall have belt loops; uniform skirts or uniform split skirts (culottes) may be worn by female operators in lieu of trousers. A maroon or white polo shirt will be an optional part of the summer uniform. Starting on the first day of the month following the ratification of this Agreement, MetroBus Operators will be supplied with a heavy uniform jacket as a part of their first uniform. Summer Uniforms: MetroBus Operators are permitted to wear summer uniform items on the first Monday of May in each year. Winter Uniforms: MetroBus operators are permitted to wear winter uniform items on the first Monday in November of each year.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager.   • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Fingerprinting of Employees The Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Investigation Certification must be completed and attached to this Agreement prior to Consultant’s performing of any portion of the Services.
