Micro Sample Clauses

Micro. Comm shall submit to BellSouth a notice of its intent to access and utilize BellSouth CNAM Database Services. Said notice shall be in writing no less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to Micro-Comm’s access to BellSouth’s CNAM Database Services and shall be addressed to Micro-Comm’s Local Contract Manager.

Micro. Medical hereby grants authority to MEDY and to any sub-distributors that may be appointed by MEDY to xxx Micro-Medical's labels, trademarks as listed in Schedule "B" and trade names in the sale of Products.
Micro. Sub-loans shall be made for Sub-projects which are appraised in accordance with the PMFI Rural Investment Guidelines to conform to eligibility criteria for Sub-projects acceptable to the Bank.
Micro. Comm shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If Micro-Comm is using a BellSouth owned splitter, Micro-Comm may access the loop at the point where the combined voice and data signal exits the central office splitter via a bantam test xxxx. If Micro-Comm provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.
Micro. Medical and MEDY, b reason of Section 12 hereof, have exchanged secrecy agreements for the purpose of planning future technology and ornamental modifications to the Products. The result of such planning will be to determine what, if any, technological or ornamental design changes will be incorporated into the Products to be delivered to MEDY pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Devices BNY Mellon will restrict the transfer of Customer Data from its network to mass storage devices. BNY Mellon will use a mobile device management system or equivalent tool when mobile computing is used to provide the services. Applications on such authenticated devices will be housed within an encrypted container and BNY Mellon will maintain the ability to remote wipe the contents of the container.

  • Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.

  • Encrypt or Encryption As defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Security Rule at 45 CFR 164.304, means the use of an algorithmic process to transform Personally Identifiable Information into an unusable, unreadable, or indecipherable form in which there is a low probability of assigning meaning without use of a confidential process or key.

  • Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Analytics 1.1. IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services.   • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • Interfaces GTE provides the CLECs with choices for access to OSS pre-ordering, ordering, maintenance and repair systems. Availability of the interfaces is fundamental to the CLEC being able to effectively do business with GTE. Additionally, in many instances, CLEC personnel must work with the service personnel of GTE. Measurements in this category assess the availability to the CLECs of systems and personnel at GTE work centers.

  • Encryption The Fund acknowledges and agrees that encryption may not be available for every communication through the System, or for all data. The Fund agrees that Custodian may deactivate any encryption features at any time, without notice or liability to the Fund, for the purpose of maintaining, repairing or troubleshooting the System or the Software.
