Mid-Life Overhaul/Rehab. Operator acknowledges that Massport anticipates the overhaul/rehab of the Bus Fleet, which project shall be bid separately and completed by a third party. While the scope and timeline for the project has not been finalized it is anticipated the project will occur during the term of this Agreement. Operator agrees to work with Massport and the selected third party in developing the project schedule. Additionally, Massport will either procure or lease additional Buses to ensure Operator maintains the 10% spare bus ratio throughout the project. Operator agrees to (a) take delivery of these Buses, (b) coordinate shipping the Shuttle Buses to the third party performing the work; and (c) inspect the Buses upon their return.
