Mileage Expense Claims. All claims for reimbursement of such mileage expense shall be presented in writing no later than fifteen (15) days after the close of the calendar month in which the charges are incurred and shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager or designee.

  • EXPENSE PAYMENTS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to pay expenses and costs for the Property from the Owner’s funds held by the Agent, unless otherwise directed by the Owner.
