Common use of Minimum Age Requirement Clause in Contracts

Minimum Age Requirement. An Eligible Employee (as defined in AA §3-1) must have attained the following age to participate under the Plan.  (1) There is no minimum age for Plan eligibility.  (2) Age 21.  (3) Age 20½.
