Common use of Minimum Conditions Clause in Contracts

Minimum Conditions. Until this Agreement terminates in accordance with Section 3.1, each Nominating Party shall have the right to nominate: (i) one individual person for appointment or election to the Board if and whenever and for so long as such Nominating Party satisfies Minimum Condition 1; and (ii) one additional individual person for appointment or election to the Board if and whenever and for so long as such Nominating Party satisfies Minimum Condition 2.
