Common use of Minimum Conditions Clause in Contracts

Minimum Conditions. The conditions of engagement set out in this Agreement are minimum conditions. All Directors and Second Unit Directors have the right, pursuant to the Act, to negotiate more advantageous conditions than those provided in this Agreement. When assessing what is more favourable to the Director and Second Unit Director in relation to each right or benefit, one shall compare the elements of each right or benefit under this Agreement with the elements of each under the Contract.
