Common use of Minimum Hours Clause in Contracts

Minimum Hours. 1. In the event that an employee reports for work within the first half hour of his/her regular shift, without having been notified not to report, he/she will be given a minimum of four (4) hours work at his/her regular rate of pay or, if no work is available he/she will be paid the equivalent of four (4) hours at his/her regular rate in lieu of work. This obligation shall not apply in the following circumstances:

This obligation shall not apply in the following circumstances:

This obligation shall not apply in the following circumstances:he normally receives.
