Minimum requirements of people employed on the Site. All people employed by the Contractor to perform supervision of installation and commissioning should have Police Clearance before work can commence. The Contractor’s employees shall be sober when carrying out their duties and may be subjected to random breathalyser tests.
Minimum requirements of people employed on the Site. The Vendor-Partner shall provide a list of resources that are to be employed on site for this contract. A schedule of key personnel to this Contract (as per the Schedules) will be provided to the Project Manager at commencement of this Contract. This will, as a minimum, include all persons from technician level to management level. For the full duration of this Contract, none of these persons will be replaced by a person of lesser ability or qualification. All on-site staff leaves shall be reported and agreed with the Project Manager.
