Minimum requirements of people employed on the Site. The Vendor-Partner shall provide a list of resources that are to be employed on site for this contract. A schedule of key personnel to this Contract (as per the Schedules) will be provided to the Project Manager at commencement of this Contract. This will, as a minimum, include all persons from technician level to management level. For the full duration of this Contract, none of these persons will be replaced by a person of lesser ability or qualification. All on-site staff leaves shall be reported and agreed with the Project Manager.
