Minimum Rest Break. Employees must have a minimum of 10 hours rest break between working on consecutive shifts. For the purposes of determining whether sufficient time has elapsed, ‘travelling overtime’ will be counted as worked time. Employees (other than a Casual Employee) who are absent from duty during ordinary working time (on approved rest break) will be paid at ordinary time rates.
