Common use of Minimum Service Clause in Contracts

Minimum Service. No employee will be entitled to vacation leave nor payment for accumulated vacation under any circumstances until he/she has completed one (1) year of employment with the Employer.

Minimum Service. No employee will shall be entitled to vacation leave nor payment for accumulated vacation under any circumstances until he/she the employee has completed one (1) year of employment with the Employer.
