Minimum Staffing Requirements. Contractor shall have on file job descriptions (including minimum qualifications for employment and duties performed) for all personnel whose salaries, wages, and benefits are reimbursable in whole or in part under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to submit any material changes in such duties or minimum qualifications to County prior to implementing such changes or employing persons who do not meet the minimum qualifications currently on file. Contractor service personnel shall be direct employees, contractors, volunteers, or training status persons.
