Minister’s Appointment of Chair. In accordance with section 13 of the Act, the Minister may appoint the Chair from among the Board members and for this purpose the Minister shall have regard to the views of the Board, the competency criteria used by the Board, succession planning, and any other matter the Minister considers advisable in the circumstances.

Minister’s Appointment of Chair. In accordance with subsection 8(5.2) of the SCSAA, the Minister may appoint the Chair from among the Board members and for this purpose the Minister shall have regard to the views of the Board, the competency criteria used by the Board, the Administrative Authority’s succession planning, and any other matter the Minister considers advisable in the circumstances. The Minister shall give notice to the Administrative Authority that the Minister considers reasonable in the circumstances if the Minister intends to appoint or re-appoint the Chair.

  • Committee Appointments Members of the transfer screening committee and transfer interview committee shall be taken from the general hiring committee.
